Rules for using MediaMind

These terms govern access to and use of the MediaMind product, website, APIs, and connected features, including Google Ads integration.

Effective date: 25 April 2026

1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using MediaMind, you agree to these Terms of Service and the MediaMind Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. What MediaMind provides

MediaMind is a marketing diagnostics and campaign analysis tool. It may provide benchmark comparisons, severity scoring, creative suggestions, follow-up analysis, stored history, and optional integrations with third-party services such as Google Ads.

MediaMind may allow you to connect third-party services, including Google Ads. By connecting such services, you authorize MediaMind to access only the data necessary to provide the corresponding product features.

6. Google API and user data restrictions

If MediaMind accesses Google user data, that use is limited to user-facing features within the application and will be handled in accordance with Google API Services requirements and the MediaMind Privacy Policy.

7. Availability and changes

MediaMind may change, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, error-free operation, or permanent availability of any feature or integration.

8. Disclaimer

MediaMind is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, MediaMind disclaims warranties of any kind.
